A Sight Grading Certificate based on Blind Sport NZ requirements
for competion in blind sport in NZ.
This is required to be completed by an opthamologist and must be
no older than One year since last examination.
The form is to be submitted before a sailing event but with the
entry requirements of the specific event.
A form for Instructors to complete to record the progress
of a Blind or Vision Inpaired sailing student through the certification
levels as set out in te NZ Blind Sailing Manual
